Jim Simmer BSN, MBA is President and Founder of Research Answers. He has over 17 years experience in clinical research and a MBA from Temple University. He built Research Answers on the foundation of personalized, well planned, and dedicated delivery of services. Prior to founding Research Answers, Jim held diverse management positions for both pharma companies and research sites that have allowed him to develop a unique perspective. A frequent lecturer on advanced site management topics, he has been a presenter at the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Global Conference and a speaker for the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA)

Andrew Snyder, MBA, PMP, FACMPE, has 25 years experience in conducting and managing clinical research.  Andrew began his career in clinical research as a principal investigator conducting topical antimicrobial trials.  Andrew was the director of the research program at the St. Paul Heart Clinic for 10 years; and now is the Director of the Clinical Trials Office at the HealthEast hospitals and clinics.  Andrew is a fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives, a certified Project Management Professional as well as a Certified Research Contract Professional. Andrew is a faculty member Metropolitan State University teaching project management and clinical research.
